How long does it take to receive my order?

7-10 business day, from the moment you place your order. Business days exclude weekends and official holidays.

I live outside Cairo, can I place an order?

Yes, we ship everywhere locally and internationally. You can check the shipping fees while you're placing your order.

I can't find my size, can you customzie?

Yes, we customize extra small and extra large sizes. It will cost you additional fees (around 100 EGP per piece)

Exchange & Refund

As we custom-make our products, we only exchange sizes and pieces. Refund is not applicable except for defective orders.
