SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once your order is made, it will be delivered to your address in 7-10 business days. We ship all over Egypt, and the cost varies based on location. We also ship worldwide, but we deal with this case by case. Don't hesitate to contact us over Instagram or through email.
In the case of finding out that the size you ordered is wrong after delivery, you can exchange it with the same item in a different size. You will only pay the shipping fees of the exchange process.
At the moment, we don't provide live tracking for your orders, but you can contact us through Instagram at any time to check your current status of the order.
Since we custom-make or orders, refunds are not applicable. Exchange is applied in case of any defective order.
Size customization to our pieces is applicable in case our size chart doesn't meet your needs.
All data collected from our side through this website or Instagram are private, and won't be shared with any other 3rd party without your approval.
